Water Removal
Why remove unwanted water from your home? Thoroughly drying your home following any type of water damage is crucial to prevent further issues. Remaining moisture can seep into building materials, leading to structural problems.
Also, and more importantly, damp environments are breeding grounds for mold and mildew, which can trigger any issues including respiratory problems and even worsen allergies. By taking steps to dry your home quickly and effectively, you safeguard your health and the structural integrity of your property.
Mold Remediation
Getting rid of mold from your home/business shouldn’t be taken lightly. Irritation of the lungs and the worsening of allergies, especially for vulnerable individuals like children and those with asthma, are caused by mold spores in an environment. Inhaling these spores can lead to respiratory problems, sinus infections, and even fatigue.
Home Inspection/Air Quality Testing
There are up to 20 million mold spores in a square inch and that’s the size of a postage stamp. Air quality testing for mold in your home provides crucial information for safeguarding your health and property.
By proactively testing your air quality, you can breathe easier (literally!!) knowing you’re creating a healthy environment for yourself and your loved ones. We will take air quality samples from different areas of your home to determine which areas show high mold spore counts. These air samples are sent to a third-party lab to be processed. What we are looking for in that report is for the air quality inside your home to be equal to or better than the air quality outside. Since we are taking samples in various parts of your home, the results will also tell us which areas have high spore counts and which areas do not.
Asbestos removal
1. Health Risks: Asbestos fibers are incredibly dangerous if inhaled. They can cause serious diseases like lung cancer, mesothelioma, and asbestosis. Even small amounts of exposure can be harmful, and the effects can take decades to develop.
2. Disturbed Materials: Asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are usually safe if left alone. However, if they are damaged or disturbed during renovations or construction, the fibers can be released into the air, creating a health hazard. In these cases, professional removal by a certified company is essential.
